How secure is my personal information?

Skintastic Beauty adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the US and Puerto Rico.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centers within 3 to 5 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 days business days depending on your location. We do not ship on Weekends.

You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Are all my items shipped together?

Most orders are shipped together unless specified.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of defective products, wrong item shipped, or damaged items. Please contact us via email and we will make it right.

What do I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll send you a replacement (if available) or a refund.
